    Preparation Instructions

    Step 1: Mix two tablespoon of health mix to 50ml of normal water.

    Step 2: Stir well without lumps.

    Step 3: Heat the mixture with water/milk in medium flame for 10mins..

    Step 4: Your delicious health drink is ready.

    *Add sugar/ jaggery or salt for taste

    Note: Product Shelf Life(once opened): 6 months.

    I take this every day without fail two hours before I go to sleep as my dinner. I use additional nuts and berries to enhance taste and put in honey. This is easily digested and goes great with my gut. It keeps me satiated and I feel energized to go to gym in morning. I will recommend this product to all. I will use this myself everyday as a substitute for dinner.

    All time favourite. My mom loves it so much. A best alternative for coffee to me. Tastes best when drink it without filtering. I like to filter the milk first and add a spoon of health mix with palm candy or sugar and boil it. And my early breakfast is ready. Don't forget to store it any air tight container. Lasts long in glass or eversilver containers than the plastic containers. Overall a Best Buy.
