Preparation Instructions
- Step 1: Mix two tablespoon of health mix to 50ml of normal water.
- Step 2: Stir well without lumps.
- Step 3: Heat the mixture with water/milk in medium flame for 10mins.
- Step 4: Your delicious health drink is ready.
- Add sugar/ jaggery or salt for taste
- Note: Product Shelf Life (Once Opened) 6 months.

This is being consumed by an aged person for the past month and the results are apparently encouraging ... There has been a marked improvement in his stamina and general condition. Item was well packed and delivered before the initial estimated date.
I take this every day without fail two hours before I go to sleep as my dinner. I use additional nuts and berries to enhance taste and put in honey. This is easily digested and goes great with my gut. It keeps me satiated and I feel energized to go to gym in morning. I will recommend this product to all.
